Fresh Flower Delivery
Flowers are delivered by our florist six days a week for a nominal charge of £4.50. Sunday deliveries are only available for special occasions such as Mother's Day and Valentine's Day. There are no deliveries on Bank Holidays.

We are unable to guarantee a delivery time for flowers. Same day delivery is often available for orders placed before 1pm, but this cannot be guaranteed. Please note that delivery dates are limited around the Christmas and New Year period.

Funeral Tributes
Should you be sending flowers for a funeral, we will endeavour to deliver these flowers by the requested time. Please enter the time of the funeral in the Special Instructions box when completing your order. Please note that certain funeral tributes can take some time to be created, and often flowers will be purchased in specifically for your order. Please provide as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment.
 

Helium Balloons - UK Delivery Only
We can deliver to any UK postal address. We are unable to deliver balloons outside the UK as they cannot be transported by plane.

Delivery of balloons is made by Royal Mail 1st Class Post. Please allow 2-3 working days for your item to arrive and if you require the gift on a specific date then you are advised to select the Special Delivery option when you complete your purchase. By selecting 1st Class Post you will not be covered against delayed or damaged items. (The Royal Mail do not consider a 1st Class postal item to be lost until 15 working days after the date of posting.)

Royal Mail Special Delivery - Items are guaranteed to arrive on the specified working day** before 1pm. A charge of/from £4.50 is automatically added to your order for this service. Where a Special Delivery charge is levied, the items are insured against loss, damage and late arrival. 

Teddy Bears - Worldwide Delivery
Delivery of small bears is made by Royal Mail 1st Class Post. Please allow 2-3 working days for your item to arrive and if you require the gift on a specific date then you are advised to select the Special Delivery option at £4.50 when you complete your purchase. By selecting 1st Class Post you will not be covered against delayed or damaged items. Large and heavy bears are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery - Items are guaranteed to arrive on the specified working day** before 1pm. A charge of £4.50 is automatically added to your order for this service. Where a delivery charge is levied, the items are insured against loss, damage and late arrival. 

Christmas Postal Deliveries
From December the 18th and until the End of the year we can only offer delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery. There is a charge of £4.50 for this service, as this is the only way we can guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.

Standard delivery will be offered as usual after this time.

International Delivery
International Delivery can take up to ten days, depending on the destination country. The charge for this is £9.99.

**Working days are Monday to Friday, they do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank or Public Holidays. We reserve the right to deliver on non-working days, subject to capacity. Later times apply for the remote parts of Scotland.
